TAHAFET (Tamilnadu Heat Treatment and Fettling Services Pvt. Ltd.) was incorporated during the year 1981 and started its commercial processing in the year 1983, for Heat Treatment of Forgings and castings. Our factory is situated at A-17 Sidco Industrial Estate, Hosur - 635 126 which is about 35 K.M. from Bangalore on the National Highway. We are also an ISO 9001 Certified company.

The Company was promoted by two Technocrats, Arun Ballakur, a Metallurgical Engineer by Qualification with specialization in Heat Treatment and Ashok Ballakur, a Mechanical Engineer by Qualification.

There is also an excellent Production Team headed by Mr.K.SivaSubramaniam and Mr. R Venkatraman, consisting of Mechanical and Metallurgical Engineers. The company was one of the first subcontracting Heat Treatment Companies to calibrate their furnaces to API 6A Appendix (M)

All thermocouples and instruments are calibrated once in three months by an outside agency.

TAHAFET Fiber Exports Pvt. Ltd, is located at No. 28, Padur Main Road, Kuthambakkam, Thiruvallur, Chennai - 600124 Tamil Nadu undertakes Rough Grinding, Finish Grinding and Super Finishing of Hydraulic Piston Rods.

Tamil Nadu Heat Treatment and Fettling Services Private Limited- Die Casting Division is located at No. 1/787/3, New Scheme Road, Vellanai Patti, Coimbatore - 641048. The business was incorporated in 2010. The objective of the company is to manufacture Aluminium and Zinc pressure die casting, gravity die casting with fettled and machined castings duly finished with polishing, coating etc
